Participants explore the costs of perfectionism, clarify what truly matters to them, and learn strategies, drawn from CBT and ACT, to pursue their goals more effectively and flexibly.

Professional Supervision

We offer supervision for mental health professionals seeking consultation, support, and continued development in their clinical work. Supervision emphasizes reflection, growth, and the integration of evidence-based practice.
