About Us

WCDBT groups are co-led by Carol Ehler, LCSW and Gila Schechter, LCSW. After successful careers in the arts and in business, we entered the field of social work over ten years ago. During that time we have been providing evidence-based treatment to adults, children, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, and other difficulties managing emotions. Over the years, we have witnessed the profound impact that CBT and DBT have had on our clients’ lives. We remain passionate about working collaboratively with our clients to create the lives they are seeking.
